Few happening things to mention...

Ishaan says...
"Ishaan atta mothya shalet janar ahai" :)

Few days back Ishaan got a pinch by a mirror, so he says...
"aaj mala hyani chimtavla" so sweet :)

Ishaan is gonna go to schooool...........New India :)

On 5th April 2010 Rohan got Ishaan's form for New India school. With great effort and thinking we both filled the form and slept at 2:30 am and Rohan submitted the form on 6th April 2010 morning. We were called to meet on 13th April 2010 2:30 pm.
Both of us were very excited to go to the school :) On 12th April 2010 in the night we listed out few question that we can ask to the teachers.
On 13th April 2010 both of us had taken half day off from work and reached school at 2:25 pm, went there gave the original birth certificate for verification and a self addressed post card.
After 15-20 mins we were called and asked to sit in a hall where block games and link games were kept for the kids. There were 2 teachers who were observing the kids continuously. Ishaan made a nice big tower from the blocks :)...pyramid
Then we met 3 teachers including the principal Sonali Divekar. We were asked to ask questions and we asked from the list that we had prepared...teachers were impressed to see the parents preparation :)

After 2 - 3 days Rohan got a call from New India for a meeting with Meena Chandavarkar on 20th april 2010 at 9:30 am. Many thoughts came in our mind - will it be regarding confirmation or a second round of filtering or a call for donation etc...

This 3rd week of April I was extremely busy due to submissions, I requested my seniors for 1 to 1.5 hrs of break in the morning and I got it.
On 13th April I dropped Ishaan at Mamma's place so that she will keep him ready by 9:00 am and then Rohan will pick him up and I reached the school directly.
We reached school by 9:25 am and around 10:00 am we were called inside Meena Chandavarkar's cabin in group of 3 parents. She greeted us and welcomed us to New India family and this assured our admission to the school huuuuuuuusssssssshhh....

I was amazed to know that Meena Teacher recognised me, she said "do I know you?" , I said "I am your student Maam :). Namrata" and I was shocked to hear that she said "Namrata Pashankar" oh my god that is too much memory. Meena Teacher said "Why you didn't go to Abhinava as you being Abhinava student." and I smiled :)

The overall interaction went fine, during the interaction Ishaan drew a fish and a boat on a paper given to him. I presented this to Meena teacher from Ishaan :)

We all were very happy as Ishaan got the admission and aai said "amchi navri avadli babba..." :)

Now on 3rd May we have to pay Rs. 3000/- to confirm admission and later in June the remaining Rs. 22000/- are to be paid and at that time we will get to know the school shift for Ishaan. I hope he gets morning shift.

School start from 1st July 2010. If this school seems to be satisfactory in terms of academics and extracurricular then Ishaan will be in the school till his 10th standard. Again I hope it will be so :)

Kakadi (cucumber) kade nahi jayacha

Ishaan was having his food and was almost done. Aai offered him kakadi, Ishaan didn't want it so he says...
"Mala kakadi kade nahi jayacha..."

Such a sweet concept........My sweetie pie you are awesome :)

My first post on Ishaan's blog.

For days together I was thinking of maintaing records about development and activities of Ishaan. Maintaining a blog I think is the best way to do it :)
